This website collects nothing

This website has no forms, no accounts, no cookies and no tracking. The price calculator works on your own device: what you type is not sent to us and is not saved on this website. It only fills in a WhatsApp message, and you choose whether to send it.

Our website host, Vercel, keeps technical logs such as IP addresses to run and protect the site. We do not use these logs to identify anyone.

What we receive on WhatsApp

Everything goes through WhatsApp. When you message us, we see what you choose to send:

• Your name and phone number, as WhatsApp shows them
• The service, floor area and estimate
• Your address or job location and preferred date
• Photos of your floor or premises

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to you, give you a quote, arrange and do the job, and handle your payment.

How long we keep it

We do not keep a customer database, a mailing list or any other record of your details outside WhatsApp. Your messages stay in our WhatsApp chat until they are no longer needed for your job.

Payment is by bank transfer, so a record of your payment stays with the banks and in any accounts the law requires us to keep.

Who can see it

We do not sell your details or share them for advertising. They are seen by, or pass through:

• Our team working on your job
• WhatsApp (Meta), which carries the messages under its own privacy policy and may process them outside Malaysia
• Your bank and ours, for bank transfers
• Authorities, where the law requires it

Your choices and rights

Giving us your details is your choice. Without them we cannot give you a quote or do the job.

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or ask us to delete our chat with you. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Message us on WhatsApp at 011-7234 7407. We will do it unless the law requires us to keep a record.
