Is the estimate the final price?
No. The estimate uses our published rate and the floor area you enter. We confirm the final price after we see the floor, from photos you send on WhatsApp or a free site visit.
Do I pay anything to book?
No. You send your details on WhatsApp and we agree the price and the date with you there. If we need to see the floor, the site visit is free.
Do you have a promo for first-time customers?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp before your first booking and ask for the first-time customer promo. One per customer, on the first booking.
Is there a minimum charge or a transport fee?
No. There is no minimum charge and no transport fee. You pay for the work only.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. We take a 30% deposit after the job starts, and the rest when the job is finished.
How do I work out my floor area?
Multiply the length by the width, in feet. A room 20 ft by 30 ft is 600 sq. ft. If you know the area in square metres, multiply it by 10.76. Not sure? Send us a photo or the floor plan.
Which floors can you clean?
Tiles, terrazzo, concrete, marble and natural stone. If you are not sure about your floor, send us a photo.
How long does floor coating last?
Between 6 and 12 months. We recommend it for high-traffic areas.
How do I look after my floor afterwards?
Sweep or dust-mop often, because grit scratches the surface. Mop with a pH-neutral floor cleaner. On marble, avoid vinegar, lemon and other acidic cleaners, which leave dull marks. Wipe spills quickly, and put mats at the doors and felt pads under furniture legs.
What comes with machine rental?
We deliver the machine with a short demo and the right pads and chemicals. The scrubbing machine is RM 110 a day and the water jet is RM 110 a day.
Which areas do you cover?
Shah Alam, Klang, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Puchong, Cheras, Kajang, Damansara, Seri Kembangan and Balakong. If your area is not on the list, ask us on WhatsApp.
